Charles A. Smith In loving memory of Charles A Smith who departed from this earth to be with his beloved wife Ruby. Charles passed peacefully on January 28, 2011 at 12:54 pm, at the age of 89 years old. He was surrounded by his loving family. He graduated from Stout with a degree in Industrial Design. He married Ruby J. Hintzman on Feb. 25, 1955. He loved fishing, gardening, reading and playing cards. Most of all he loved his family. He is survived by son Dan (Chris), daughters Kim (Dave), Lori (Greg), Shelly (Rick), and Lisa (Mike), 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by wife Ruby. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with Pastor Kurt Larson officiating. There will be a visitation from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
