Patrick H. Flynn

Patrick Henry Flynn, age 59, of Menomonie, WI passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at his home.

He was born October 26, 1956 in Eau Claire, WI to James and Millie (Craney) Flynn. Patrick was raised in Eau Claire and graduated from Regis High School. He then received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

On August 12, 2005, Patrick married Jill Olson in Glenwood, MN.

For 23 years, Pat worked in the real estate department at Menards which transpired into many great friendships. He then started his own Real Estate partnership with Rick Johnson from Green Bay.

Pat loved boating and spending time on Lake Tainter. He always enjoyed a good cigar and a glass of bourbon on the rocks. He also loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

Pat is survived by his wife Jill; his children, Joseph, Kelly (Chandler), Josiah and Jayme; grandchildren, Afton, Jentry and Brynleigh; his sister, Jane (Don) Fisher of Foley, AL; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Millie Flynn; and his brothers, Michael, Jerry, John “Doc”, and Frank “Butch”.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 418 N. Dewey St., Eau Claire, WI 54703. There will be visitation at the church from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire. Everyone is welcome at the luncheon to follow at the Elk’s Lodge 3411 Stein Blvd., Eau Claire, WI 54701.
