Larry M. Flick Obituary (1946 - 2022)

Larry M. Flick, age 75, of Knapp, WI. passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022, at his home. He was born September 18, 1946, in Menomonie, WI. to Grant and Irene (Thomson) Flick. He grew up in Menomonie and moved to Norwood, Colorado where he graduated from Norwood Colorado high school. After graduation, he signed up for the Air Force and served until 1967, then he moved back to Menomonie. Larry married Donna Nerison June 7, 1969, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Menomonie. They had two children. He had worked for Harold Fletcher, Badger Iron Works, DKS, and then Groepper Excavating. Larry is survived by his wife, Donna of Knapp; Sons, Wayne Flick of Knapp, and Chad (Aubrey) Flick of Knapp. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Dalton (Megan R), Cole (Jessie D), Kyle, Dakota, Bristol (Dalton D); cousin, Arlene "Bugs" Cartwright, and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grant, and Irene Flick. There will be a visitation from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie. Military Honors by the Matson-Miller American Legion Post 330 will take place at 6:30 p.m.
