JoAnne L. Smith Obituary (1959 - 2021)

JoAnne L. Smith, age 61, of Menomonie, WI passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. JoAnne was born April 20, 1959 to Freeman and Doris (Beguhn) Smith in Menomonie. She graduated from Menomonie High in 1977. On March 6, 2020 she married Rick Smith in Menomonie. JoAnne worked for Kwik Trip for nearly 10 years and for the past 20 plus years she has worked for Westconsin Credit Union. JoAnne enjoyed the outdoors in many ways, whether it was a landscaping project, camping or going for a motorcycle ride. JoAnne is survived by her husband Rick, sons’ Nicholas Lutz, Dustin Harrison, Anthony (Brittney) Lutz and Brandon Lutz; granddaughter Layla Lutz, her mother Doris Smith, brother Jack (Rose) Smith, sisters Rita (Bruce) ??? and Alice Scheel. She was preceded in death by her father Freeman and brother Larry. No formal services are being held.
