Jason Andrew Troxell, 42, passed away unexpectedly from Covid on Dec. 14, 2021, at his home in Menomonie, WI. Jason was born April 18, 1978, to Vernon and Patricia (Mork) Troxell in Stanley, WI. Jason graduated from Durand High School. He was a gentle giant of a man with a quirky sense of humor. He enjoyed fishing, shooting at the range, RPG miniatures, and drawing. He was a great artist and illustrated a few books. He was employed at Walmart, Menomonie for over 20 years. Jason is survived by his mother and stepfather, Patricia and Daniel Carlson of Northwood, ND, sister Teresa (Darcy) Murphy, Eagan, MN, a niece and nephew, several aunts, uncles and cousins and cousin and best buddy, April Fienberg. Jason is preceded in death by his father Vernon and grandparents Alton and Mildred Mork, Alma, WI. A celebration of Jason’s life will be held at a later date.
