Jace Louis Duffield, our angel baby boy went to his heavenly home on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from Mayo Clinic Health System – Red Cedar in Menomonie. He is survived by his parents, Chelsie Clements and Kevin Duffield; sister, Sierra Duffield and brother, Oriah Duffield; maternal grandparents, Brenda (Carl) Ziehlke and Cory (Janet) Clements; paternal grandparents, Kellieann Grundhauser and Kevin Duffield Sr.; aunts, Bethany Clements, Shannon (Elija) Eckwright, Nicole (Spencer) Prestebak, Tara (Phil) Peterson; uncles, Shane (Stephanie) Duffield, Taylor Duffield, Dylan Ziehlke and Brent (Lisa) Zielke; he is also survived by many cousins and other relatives. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie. Burial will be in Mamre Cemetery in the Town of Menomonie, Dunn Co. WI.
