Milford Farley Obituary (1933 - 2005)

MILFORD E. FARLEY Milford Eugene Farley, age 72, of Menomonie, WI died Saturday, September 24, 2005 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. He was born May 16, 1933 in Taylors Falls, Minnesota to Glenn and Felicites (Muralt) Farley. He moved with his family to Wheeler, Downing and then Menomonie. Milford worked at Badger Iron in Menomonie for many years. He attended the Gospel Mission Baptist Church in Knapp. Milford especially enjoyed spending time with his cousins and their children and grandchildren. Milford is survived by: Cousins, Bonnie (Reber) Dillard of Holiday Island, AR LaVern (Mary) Owen of New Brighton, MN Miriam Clemens of Tulsa, OK Sam (Mary) Owen of Colfax Ann Satre of Pleasant Hill, IA Loreene Juneau of Eau Claire Aaron (Debbie) Muralt of Rockford, IL And many second cousins, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Faye Farley; and his brother, Franklin in 2004. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at the Gospel Mission Baptist Church in Knapp, WI with Rev. LeRoy Nelson and Rev. Michael Parker officiating. Burial will be in Our Savior's Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Hay River, Dunn County, WI. Family and friends are welcome at the church one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie is assisting the family. The family suggests memorials be given to the Gospel Mission Baptist Church.
