Michele A. Wolf Obituary (1967 - 2012)

Michele Antoinette Wolf, age 45, of Menomonie, WI passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 at her home. Michele was born March 29, 1967 in Menomonie, WI to George and Patricia (Godfreson) Wolf. She was a lifelong Menomonie area resident, graduating from Menomonie High School in 1985. She was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church, sang in the church choir, was past director of the children's choir, and involved in the Puppet Ministry. Michele loved umpiring for the church softball league. She also enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, boating and ATVing. Michele had a big heart and helped and cared for many people in the community. She will be sadly missed by her family, her special fishing buddies, James and Andrew Hoff, and her many other friends. Michele is survived by her brother, Gordon (Karen) Wolf; her nephews and niece, Kyle Wolf (Courtney), Tony Wolf (Kari), Josh Wolf and Katie Wolf; a great-nephew, Aydin; aunts and uncle, Larry Wolf, Maryanne (Len) Snider and Laurel (Bill) Peterson; cousins, other relatives and friends; as well as her dogs and loving companions, "Sparky" and "Pepper". She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Patricia Wolf. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 16, 2012 at Peace Lutheran Church in Menomonie, with Pastor David Whelan officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie and at the church one hour prior to the service on Friday. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Menomonie, Dunn Co. Wisconsin.
